oh, no you did--ent! (pronounced with super urban attutude)

thanks to this and this, today i decided it was time to get my rear in gear and get these boys on bikes. so sy and i took a trip to target to pick up some training wheels and helmets. a friend of ours had recently donated her twin boys' old bikes so craig helped us supe them up (and, yes, i had to browse through the "urban dictionary" to figure out how to spell "supe" and, for the record, i am completely scarred by some of the things i read) and we were ready to go. sy is an EXTREMELY cautious child but he actually did really well on his first time out. he even survived a pretty decent wipe out, wiped his tears and hopped (ok, s-l-o-w-l-y sat) back on his bike. i was so proud of him. soren, on the other hand, preferred to be pushed on his bike while he enjoyed the light breeze across his cheeks---freeloader (someone who sits around and doesn't work and mooches off their family and steals all their mom's hard earned money to do nothing all day----or so says the urban dictionary).

WOOO HOOO...Sy and Soren! Go get 'em. If you'd been in Big Sky today, you could have ridden your bikes in SEVEN INCHES OF HEAVY WET SNOW! What will May bring?!?!?

Thanks for the pics, Anne. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE coming home and checking in on the grandchildren. It makes my day!

Have I ever mentioned how much I love your boys' names! Awesome! They'll grow up to be soccer stars and hot husbands...all because of the name! It's crazy how that works.
